All purchases are completed through our Etsy shop, so Etsy's checkout and messaging apply to every order. The policies below are our shop's own terms.
Shipping & delivery policy
Digital products — budget worksheets & trackers
Delivery: Instant. All financial worksheets, spreadsheets, and trackers are delivered digitally.
Access: Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an immediate download link on the confirmation page and via the email address provided at checkout. No physical items will be shipped for digital listings.
Physical products — custom apparel & gift items
Processing time: All of our custom apparel and gift items are made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand process. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your items ship.
Shipping times: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after production. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Digital products
Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital files, all sales for budget worksheets and trackers are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads. However, if you experience any technical issues opening or using your files, please contact us immediately, and we will happily assist you.
Physical products
Damaged or defective items
We want you to love your custom gear! If your apparel or gift item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Size & buyer's remorse
Because every piece of apparel is custom-printed just for you when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind. Please carefully review our size charts attached to each listing before finalizing your purchase.
